Dr Nabil Debouni
Dr Nabil is a consultant general surgeon holding a fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons from London, UK. He has over 5 years of experience as a Medical Director in Abu Dhabi, UAE, first in the Public Sector for 10 years then in the Private Sector for the last 15 years. He is extensively involved in JCI accreditation and reaccreditation. He has taken a CPHQ course to widen my experience in Quality and Patient Safety. He recently took the Whartons University course and Certificate on (Corporate Governance: Maximize your effectiveness in the Boardroom) to widen my managerial experience. He sits on multiple clinical and administrative committees as a chair or as a member in my workplace and with the Department of Health of Abu Dhabi. He is currently handling all clinical complaints received from the health authorities (DOH, DHA, and MOHAP) from A to Z in the last 5 years.
Mr Bikram Sehgal
Bikram has over 40 years of advertising and healthcare marketing experience. He has led the marketing and business development functions of leading healthcare organizations for over 20 years, in India and UAE. Bikram has been the Chief Marketing Officer for VPS Healthcare and Emirates Healthcare in UAE. In India, Bikram has led the marketing and business development teams at Fortis, Manipal Health and Shalby. A Science graduate with a business degree, he specializes in growing healthcare businesses by enhancing brand value and relevance using his deep understanding of both the healthcare domain and marketing communications.
Mr Jayakrishnan
A Pragmatic healthcare entrepreneur with 21years prodigious expertise in end-to-end management of greenfield and brownfield projects. An extraordinary P & L driven RCM operator, driving the facility operations, billing and business optimization, cost containtment, documentation, good clinical practice etc. of all spectrum of healthcare model, including tertiary care, IVF to Cosmetic and Rehab. Delivering complex projects on time and to budget.
Dr Aman Sharma
Dr Aman Sharma is a Non-Executive Board Member at Gulf Healthcare Partners (“GHP”) Dr. Aman Sharma currently holds the position of Associate Partner, Corporate Finance & Transaction Advisory at Baker Tilly Middle East. He has more than 18 years of experience in the Deals & transaction advisory across North America, Asia-Pacific and MEA region. Currently, he oversees the Transaction advisory vertical at Baker Tilly Middle East with core competency in the M&A advisory (buy/sell-side), Due-diligence & structuring (financial, commercial), Valuations (M&A, financial reporting), strategic & financial advisory (detailed projects reports, go-to-market strategy, cost optimization), and regulatory advisory. He has advised range of investors including sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, family investment offices and mid - sized companies, in the domestic and cross-border transactions in the healthcare sector. Qualifications: Dr Sharma holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from SP Jain School of Global Management, Australia. Besides, he is a CFA Charter holder from CFA Institute, Accredited Senior Appraiser from American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and Licensed Business Appraiser from Saudi Authority of Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM).

Throughout his 20+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, he has gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of the sector and his experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities that organizations face in the dynamic landscape of healthcare. Darryl Cox is excited to join Gulf Healthcare Partners as a non-executive board member.
